Video Consultation
This is a stand-alone, information-packed consultation. Great for those feeling a little stuck and need direction. We'll bounce ideas around and we’ll offer you professional suggestions to get you excited and give you clarity on how to proceed with your project.

We’ll ask you to send information a week prior to the call, such as plans / photos / inspiration images or a Pinterest board (if you have this) to ensure we make the most of our call.
This includes a 1-hour zoom call focused on one room/problem area and a follow-up email outlining our suggested plan of action, other suggestions, products or website links discussed.

In-Person Consultation
This in-person consultation forms the foundations for the Full Interior Design Service. We’ll discuss your wishlist, budget, and what you’d like to incorporate into the new space, exploring ideas and options that feel tailored to fit your lifestyle for years to come.

This could also provide a 1-hour stand-alone, information-packed consultation for those who prefer to meet in-person.
We can focus on one room or problem area, and from the consultation we’ll provide a follow-up email with all of the suggestions and links to products or service providers we discussed.

FULL DESIGN PROCESS
PHASE O1
Initial Consultation
This will take place in your home, where we’ll discuss your project thoroughly, establish aspirations for the space and budget. This is an opportunity to get to know each other and discuss ideas on how we can create a beautiful home bespoke to your needs. We’ll take photos of the space and request for drawings and measurements. We’ll send you Minutes of our meeting and a further Client Questionnaire to complete, ensuring we have all important details in place.
PHASE O2
Contract Agreement
We’ll then send you a Contract Proposal with a preliminary scope of work, timeline and budget agreed. Once this is signed and a retainer is provided, we will proceed with the Concept Phase of your project.
PHASE O3
Concept Phase
We’ll hone in on what your dream space looks and feels like, then start to craft a concept unique to you. We’ll present the reimagined space through inspiration imagery, proposed floor layouts, interior architecture materials & finishes, furniture schemes and ideas on bespoke elements. We’ll ensure we create a solid concept that you’ll love, which will be our aesthetic direction throughout the project.
PHASE O4
Design Development
We’ll share specifications on the shell of the space or interior architecture materials & finishes: paint / wall coverings, decorative mouldings, flooring, switches, sockets. Plans will be fleshed out to include lighting and electrical layouts (placement of switches, sockets), and elevations. General lighting fixtures will also be proposed. We’ll then present the developed design deck for approval, ensuring you are completely happy with the design. This deck will generally serve as the guide from which your contractor will quote for and execute the design.
PHASE O5
FF&E:
Furniture, Fixtures & Equipment
Following the Design Development phase, we’ll proceed to source and provide options for FF&E: furniture, fixtures, equipment, including decorative lighting, window treatment and bathroom units.

Procurement & Bespoke Pieces

Styling and Photoshoot
Should you prefer, we’ll happily take care of procuring and arranging delivery & installations of the FF&E for a percentage of the cost. This includes processing of all invoices, maintaining the FF&E budget and sourcing whilst construction is taking place so that they are ready for delivery once the construction is finished.
It is also in this stage that we’ll fine tune the designs for bespoke pieces, and work with trusted suppliers to execute these.
After construction works are completed, bespoke pieces installed and all main FF&E delivered, we’ll propose art and accessories within budget for your approval, and procure these as well. When all the finishing touches are delivered, we will then book in a 1st styling date to put everything in place. Following this, a 2nd styling date will be booked for final dressing and photography of your brand new home.
