Karina’s passion for helping clients create their dream homes is as strong as it was when she started her Interior Design practice 15 years ago in the Philippines. During this time, she had won awards and accolades, naming her one of 20 Outstanding Filipino Designers under 40.

After moving to London in 2011, she began working within the high-end residential design sector as a Senior Interior Designer, Senior FF&E Designer and Design Manager, where she worked on local and international residences and developments for prestigious property developers, while building a network of trusted consultants, suppliers and craftsmen.

Karina believes that good design is a balance of beauty and comfort, and is personal. “Trends will come and go but what truly stays timeless is something that reflects your very self.”

She doesn’t follow a specific trend, but rather combines different styles that work well together to reflect her clients’ personalities and applies by weaving together different materials and textures, mixing old with new, as well as being careful not to over design, as she believes that sometimes, less, really is more.

Karina places a high value in truly getting to know her clients to help them hone in and discover their aesthetic through a solid concept, and see this become a reality. She recognises that any project, no matter the size, can be overwhelming. Her intention is to offer carefully considered and straightforward creative design solutions that put clients at ease and help them to enjoy the process. The quality of her work and her work ethic have allowed her to service repeat clients—something that she takes great pride in.
